3D Visualizations
3D visuals is the creation of a computer generated model that is rendered to near photo realistic results. It allows you to visualize the structural design as well as how materials, fabric, and color selections will look before committing the necessary resources. Models can be generated for external buildings and also internal rooms such as kitchens, bathrooms and living areas. The end result saves you valuable time and money as well as giving you reassurance of your final choices. With 3D, the possibilities are only limited to your imagination.
Process
For building projects we require floor & elevation plans and if possible, any topography or site photos to show the contours of the land. We also require a list of all your color and material choices. The same applies if the project is for an internal room such as a kitchen or bathroom.
Once these details have been finalized and intital payments completed, work will begin. There will be various stages throughout the project (from first draft to final render) where you will have the opportunity to review the work and provide feedback.
Pricing
Prices are quoted per project and based on the complexity, level of detail, final output medium and any deadline.
